Studio ligjore Tafaj u themelua në vitin 1992, dhe prej vitesh sjell shërbime për zgjidhjen e problemeve ligjore të klientëve.
Zyra jonë përbëhet nga tre avokatë, të cilët nëpërmjet eksperiencës shumëvjecare, në fushat e ndryshme të drejtësisë. Bashkëpunimi, mirëkuptimi, toleranca, konfidencialiteti dhe profesionalizmi i bashkuar i juristëve tanë ka sjellë frytet dhe benefitet e zyrës.

Dr. Av. Sinan Tafaj

Sinan Tafaj, born on February 17, 1956, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana in 1982, as one of the most outstanding students of his generation. He is a lecturer in Human Rights at several well-known universities across Europe.
​
He has led international legal expertise in the field of human rights and has represented significant civil cases for both individuals and legal entities, within and outside Albania.
​
He has been decorated by the President of the Republic with the “Mother Teresa” Order and has received honorary titles from major international institutions such as the OSCE, UNDP, and the European Academy of Law.
He began his career as a legal advisor at the Tirana Court, and later worked within the Prosecution Office.

From 1994 to 1998, he served as a lecturer in Constitutional Law at the Police Academy, while simultaneously pursuing doctoral studies in Public International Law, which he completed in 1999 with the highest official distinction.

Av. Agred Tafaj
​
Agred Tafaj completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 2017, followed by a Master of Science in Civil Law in 2019.
​
He began his career as a legal assistant at Tafaj Law Office. Subsequently, as part of a project, he was engaged with the Albanian Parliament, contributing to the work of the Committee on Economy and Finance and the Legal Affairs Committee.
​
After completing the School of Advocacy and obtaining his attorney license, he continued his practice at Tafaj Law Office, focusing on legal representation before the Administrative Courts of First Instance and the Court of Appeals.
​
In 2022, he pursued a Master’s program at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
Av. Eritan Shehu

Eritan Shehu, born in 1976, completed his higher education at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, and successfully graduated in 1999.
​
He began his career as a legal advisor at the Tirana Prefecture, later serving as Legal Director at the Municipality of Durrës.
​
He has practiced as an independent attorney in Tirana, and for a period of seven years, he served as a legal advisor to the High Court, where he made significant contributions to the analysis and preparation of complex legal cases.
​
He is specialized in criminal and administrative law, with extensive experience in legal defense and representation, as well as in drafting legal opinions on complex matters within these areas.
